Ms. Nansamba Pauline Mutumba is currently the Ag. Director, Monitoring and Inspection. She is an Advocate of the Courts of Judicature with 16 years of experience in public service.

She joined public service in 2009 as an Officer and has since gained extensive experience in legal and regulatory matters. In her current role, she provides legal advisory services and supports the Tribunal functions of the Commission, contributing to the effective execution of its mandate.
